Pacesetters

    Pacesetters is a contemporary teenagers’ newsletter made for the everyday vibrant, knowledge seeking African teenager. Pacesetters is a part of the Unveiling Africa (UVA) 4-tiered Nation Building Project for Teenagers which is focused on creating a generation of Africans that are Critical Thinkers, Problem Solvers and are passionate about Africa’s development.

    Following the successful implementation of the UVA Teenagers Nation Building Conference held on October 26, 2010, where over 550 Nigerian teenagers were engaged on their role in nation building, we saw the need to continue and maintain the momentum that was created. In that light PACESETTERS is a conscious creation of UVA that serves as a vehicle to continuously engage teenagers on their roles in Nation building which include Academic Excellence, Community Activism, Personal Leadership and Excellence in Social Interaction while contributing to the development of African teenagers.

    As an organizational mission in Africa, we are committed to Engaging and Educating African teenagers and Pacesetters is another platform for UVA to achieve this mission.
